MRC has been approved by other local important motorcycle clubs and that our logo poses no threat or disrespect to their way of showing their colours. Our patches do not look like any of their 'enemies' patches. We are safe and benign.To be in good standing, all members must show their dues cards with their lodge Cards showing dues paid before each new election.
All members must give complete addresses, phone numbers and email addresses to the Vice-President for validation on the two year cycle to keep the registry updated by the secretary. Fees are for the Back Patch, Breast Patch and mother lodge number and name patch which will be inserted into your back patch.
There are no membership dues. The only cost is for your patches and logos. Any spare moneys will be put toward year pins for each year involved and in attendance on some rides. (Not many required)
Lodge patch are $75.00 per member. All members must be a master mason with a valid motorcycle license and insurance.
Full patches are issued immediately to 3rd. Degree Masons by the President and Vice - President. New 3rd degree masons who have qualified, may receive them by their Lodge Master or Past Master. This can be done at their home lodge after their official 3rd Degree is given. The Vice or President will take them for patch installation onto a Black Leather Vest provided by the candidate and secure their return.
E.A. and Fellowcraft will surrender their vests for breast patch installation only to the President or Vice-President. Upon reaching their 3rd degree, the current master or past master of their lodge will present their patch and lodge number badge to them on their raising evening at their lodge. They will then bring the vest back to the President or Vice-President for proper installation of the patches and their safe return.Full members are to keep their patches in good condition and respect the patch as well as their aprons.
All Members are to treat All other motorcycle riding groups and clubs with proper respect. If visiting, do not touch their doors. Let them open them for you. Masonic Riders Club will not tolerate or take part in any animosity being directed at any other MC, RC, or Group either inside or outside of their lodge. We are bigger than that. We are Freemasons.

The office of President is elected by the Founding Members at first. The Office of Vise President and Secretary are decided by the President after being elected for the first time. Officers must be a member in good standing. Officers will be elected by Full Members in good standing. The term of each officer shall be (2) years and shall begin on May 1 and end on April 30. Officers will receive one vote in an officer or Board election. Any officer, board member, or committee member may resign by written notice thereof to the Secretary, or, in the case of the resignation of the Secretary, by written notice to the President. Vacancies shall be filled by a Presidential appointment. In the case of a vacancy in the office of the President, the Vice President shall assume the office of the President.
A. Presidential Duties
1. To preside at all meetings of the R.C.
2. To have general supervision of the affairs of the R.C.
3. Shall see that all orders and resolutions of the Board are carried into effect.
4. To personally represent the RC on proper occasions and with business contacts.
5. To assist all other officers of the Corporation in their records, correspondence, and other duties
6. To promote interest on the part of each member in the Corporation and its activities.
7. To be EX-OFFICIO a member of all committees and shall have the general powers and duties of supervision and management usually vested in the office of president.
B. Vice Presidential Duties
1. To perform the duties of the President in his absence and to assist the President in all of his duties.
2. To oversee the status of the website and to accept applicants to the R.C. for examination of credentials.
2. To perform such other duties as he may be required to do from time to time.
C. Secretarial Duties
1. To record (or to arrange to be recorded) and maintain records of all meetings in a book or books kept for that purpose. Such book or books shall also contain records of all meetings and by-laws of the R.C. and the names of all officers and the address of each.
2. To handle all correspondence for the R.C.
3. To perform all functions related to the election of R.C. officers.
4. To send out notices of regular or special meetings.
5. To record all votes in an election.
C. Webmaster's Duties
1. To keep the pictures and members' status' current on the website.
2. To post any upcoming rides or events that MRC has decided to take part in.
Elections for the first two years running beginning June 1, 2012
For election - 2 candidates for the office of President and Vice-President by the founding members only.
For election - One candidate for the position of Secretary will be elected by the President, Vice-President and founding members.
After the initial 2 years, the President and Vice-President are elected or re-elected by the founding members.
For year 5 and every 2 years thereafter, the election of President and Vice-President after nomination by the founding members will be elected by all members in good standing.
